SWEET N SMOKY: Native to Southeast Asia, Jackfruit is the largest tree-borne fruit in the world and is capable of reaching up to 100 pounds! With a spiky exterior and fibrous interior, the fruit's varying stages of maturity yield both different textures and flavors. Enjoy it on tacos, salads, or nachos, over rice, or on a sandwich. Ingredients: Jackfruit (66.5%), Onion, Water, Sugar (3%), Seasoning Sauce (Soybean, Water, Salt, Sugar), Sea Salt, Liquid Smoke (0.1%), Paprika Powder.
THAI CURRY: This complex yellow curry is a tribute to Thailand, the place where all of our Jackfruit is grown. Enjoy our Thai Curry Jackfruit traditionally over rice or mix it up in a salad, sandwich, or wrap. Ingredients: Jackfruit, Coconut Milk, Water, Lemongrass, Garlic, Red Chili, Shallot, Salt, Galangal, Coriander, Kaffir Lime Peel, Pepper, Cumin, Evaporated Cane Juice, Vinegar.
CHILI LIME: There's a little bit of chili and a whole lotta lime, giving this seasoned young Jackfruit a bit of a kick. Enjoy it on tacos, salads, nachos, over rice, or on a sandwich. Ingredients: Jackfruit (74.5%), Onion, Chili (6%), Vinegar, Sugar, Lime (1.5%), Sea Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Cumin, Coriander.
BAR-B-QUE: The tangy Bar-B-Que Jackfruit makes a great sandwich topped with coleslaw, and also goes great on a salad, in a wrap, or over rice. Ingredients: Jackfruit (66%), Tomato Paste, Vinegar, Molasses, Onion, Sugar, Sea Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Chili Powder, Paprika, Liquid Smoke.
Tip: For a sweeter sauce, add sugar, agave, or maple syrup. To achieve a spicier sauce, add hot sauce.
SRIRACHA: The spicy but oh so delicious one! A versatile flavour to use with burgers, rice, tacos, in a sandwhich or wrap and many more. Ingredients: Jackfruit (74.5%), Water, Sugar, Chili Peppers, Garlic, Sea Salt, Vinegar, Tamarind Paste (.05%).
May be stored with or without refrigeration. Refrigeration required after opening. Enjoy within 5 days of opening. If frozen, run package under cold water for 10 minutes or move to fridge 24 hours before cooking to thaw.
For best results, mix product first.
Pan Fry: Remove product from pouch, place in pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil (optional) and cook for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. For finer shreds, break up in pan.
Young Jackfruit is best when cooked with added ingredients.
