COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Add contents of package (100g) and 400ml of water into saucepan and heat on low covered stirring occasionally for 4 minutes, remove lid and cook for a further minute stirring occasionally or until soft.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:

Add to any recipe in as a meat substitute, try Bolognese, curries, stews, tacos, or anything you please.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
