YUMMMM! Chocolate!! We all love it, the best part is it's not hard to find Vegan options these days. Today, we have an absolutely mouth watering Vegan Chocolate Brownie recipe for you all to try :)
These are the ingredients you'll need (now these are all by preference and you can use your own alternatives where fit)
- 1 Cup of Milk (your choice Almond, Soy, Oat)
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tbl Spoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar you may use unrefined if you like
- 1/3 Cup White Sugar again can use unrefined as a preference
- 1 Cup GF Flour
- 2 Tablespoons of Ground Flax
- 1/2 Cup Of Coconut Oil
- 1 Cup of Botanika Blends Basics Organic Cacoa Powder
Pre-heat fan forced oven to 185 degrees. Line a cake pan with baking powder or oil depending on your preference.
In a mixing bowl whisk together your One Cup of Milk, 1/2 Cup of Oil and Tablespoon of Vanilla extract.
In a seperate larger mixing bowl combine all your dry ingredients, 1 Cup GF Flour, 1/4 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, 1/3 Cup White Sugar, 2 tbs Ground Flax and THE MAIN INGREDIENT 1 Cup of Botanika Blends Basics Organic Cacoa Powder
Slowly pour segments of your wet mix into your dry mix and stir through. Should be starting to look very delicious!
Pour your mix into your already prepared cake/brownie pan. Let bake for 15-20 minutes. Brownies may look a little underdone but once cooled and placed in the refrigerator to chill for 2 hours they'll be firm and NEARLY ready to devour!
